Description
Get your hands in the dough and discover the art of pizza guided by a professional pizza maker. This experience is designed for tourists, families, food lovers and small groups who want to learn one of the most iconic symbols of Italian cuisine. During the class, participants will discover how to prepare a good dough, understand rising times, stretch the pizza correctly, choose the ingredients and follow the preparation through to baking. A simple, engaging and authentic experience where technique, tradition and conviviality come together. The class can be organised individually or in small groups and ends with a tasting of the pizza prepared during the lesson.
