This notice describes how WeDei.it collects and processes the personal data of users of the site, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

We collect the following personal data, only when you voluntarily provide it: name and email (newsletter form); name, email, phone, number of participants (booking form); content of messages exchanged via chat. We also collect, with your consent, aggregated navigation data (visited page, referrer, user agent) for statistical purposes.
Data is processed to: (a) manage your newsletter subscription; (b) handle your booking request and contact you for confirmation; (c) reply to your chat enquiries; (d) analyse site usage in aggregated form to improve the experience.
Processing is based on your explicit consent (newsletter, analytics cookies, chat) and on the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (bookings), under article 6 GDPR.
Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw consent. Booking data is retained for 24 months after the service is completed. Aggregated analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, object to processing, obtain data portability and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights write to wedei.vv@gmail.com.
Your data is processed by the Controller and by appointed processors for hosting and database services (EU servers) and the AI chat assistant (US servers, with Standard Contractual Clauses).
Some providers, such as Anthropic for the chat service, have servers in the United States. The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including connection encryption (HTTPS), access control and periodic backups.
We may update this notice at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the site.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
