Spiaggia di Grotticelle

The Spiaggia di Grotticelle is located at Capo Vaticano, in the municipality of Ricadi, and is considered one of the most beautiful and representative beaches in Calabria. The shoreline consists of several natural coves separated by light granite rocks, creating a varied and scenic landscape framed by Mediterranean vegetation. The sand is light and fine, while the sea is distinguished by extraordinary transparency and shades ranging from turquoise to deep blue. The seabed, partly shallow and sandy and partly rocky, makes Grotticelle suitable for both relaxing in the water and snorkelling along the cliffs. On clear days the gaze extends to the horizon, offering one of the most evocative sea panoramas of the Costa degli Dei.
