Authentic Calabrian Cooking

The experience takes place in an authentic setting, away from traditional tourist circuits, where cooking is an essential part of daily life. It is not a cooking school, but an activity designed to let participants live the local gastronomic tradition in a direct and informal way. Participants take part in preparing typical Calabrian dishes, using local and seasonal ingredients. Making fresh pasta by hand and preparing recipes tied to summer tradition allows contact with the gestures and rhythms of home cooking. Every phase is hands-on and shared, without frontal demonstrations. The activity develops following the natural rhythms of preparation, encouraging participation and understanding of the territory's gastronomic traditions. The experience concludes with a convivial moment at the table, sharing the dishes prepared.
